These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Pulsar Academy, operated by Pulsar Strategies (“Pulsar Strategies,” “Pulsar Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using Pulsar Academy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pulsar Academy

Pulsar Academy provides educational courses, interactive learning tools, downloadable resources, artificial-intelligence-assisted features, and related educational services designed primarily for entrepreneurs and business owners.

Our courses are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, employment, marketing, technical, or other result from completing a course or using information provided through Pulsar Academy.

2. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to purchase or access courses.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. Your account is intended for your individual use and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or made available to another person without our permission.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Purchases and Payments

Course and bundle prices are displayed before checkout.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Pulsar Strategies does not directly store complete payment-card information.
Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Access to purchased content is provided after successful payment and enrollment.

4. All-Access Bundle

Where offered, the Pulsar Academy All-Access Bundle provides access to the courses specifically identified as included with the bundle at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, an All-Access Bundle purchase is a one-time payment and not a recurring subscription.

The inclusion of a course in a bundle does not necessarily entitle the purchaser to every course, service, or product Pulsar Academy may release in the future unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

Pulsar Academy purchases are eligible for a refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the purchaser has not completed more than 25% of the applicable course.

For bundle purchases, we may consider course access, completion, and use across the courses included in the bundle when evaluating refund eligibility.

Significant downloading, copying, misuse, or consumption of course materials may also affect refund eligibility where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse of digital content.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

6. Course Access

A purchase provides a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased educational material subject to these Terms.

We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or retire course material over time.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased content but do not guarantee that every feature or piece of content will remain unchanged indefinitely.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Pulsar Academy courses, videos, lessons, text, graphics, worksheets, templates, downloads, software, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pulsar Strategies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course content.

You may use course materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not, without written permission:

resell or redistribute course materials;
publish substantial portions of course content;
share purchased access with others;
reproduce courses for competing educational products;
remove proprietary notices;
systematically download or extract content for unauthorized distribution.

8. Student-Created Work

Certain courses may help you create business plans, strategies, websites, documents, or other deliverables.

Except for Pulsar Strategies materials incorporated into them, you retain ownership of original content and work you create through the Academy.

9. Artificial Intelligence Features

Pulsar Academy may include AI-assisted functionality such as Course Coach or lesson assistance.

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying upon or implementing it.

AI features are educational assistance tools and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, accounting, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pulsar Academy to:

violate applicable law;
interfere with the service or its security;
gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
distribute malware or harmful content;
abuse AI or automated features;
scrape or systematically extract protected course content;
circumvent payment or access controls;
impersonate another person;
use the service in a manner that materially harms other users or Pulsar Strategies.

11. Third-Party Services

Pulsar Academy relies on third-party technology and service providers for certain functionality, which may include payment processing, email delivery, artificial intelligence, hosting, and other infrastructure.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Availability

We work to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, internet failures, upgrades, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

13. Educational Disclaimer

Pulsar Academy provides educational information and tools.

Examples, strategies, projections, recommendations, and demonstrations are not guarantees of business success, revenue, profit, customer acquisition, website traffic, or other results.

Business decisions remain your responsibility.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, payment disputes, security threats, material violations of these Terms, unauthorized redistribution, or unlawful use.

Where appropriate, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsar Strategies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Pulsar Academy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Pulsar Academy evolves or as legal or operational requirements change.

The current version and effective date will be published on the website. Material changes may also be communicated through reasonable additional means.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
